The fireplace created a cozy atmosphere for our family, and the layout offered ample space for lounging together. Outdoor amenities like the fire pit provided a perfect spot for evening gatherings.
Noise transmission between duplex units was a real downside, making family conversations next door hard to ignore. The lack of adequate lighting left some rooms feeling uncomfortably dark, and I found the dining chairs to be quite uncomfortable with no cushioning. Additionally, the fireplace fan was excessively loud, making it difficult to enjoy the ambiance. The kitchen sink provided limited hot water unless you first ran the others, which was annoying, especially when reported with no fix. Lastly, safety features like guardrails should be prioritized along the driveway due to the nearby ravines.
